Position: Mechanical Design Engineer – SPM

Experience: 4 to 8 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Automobile / Instrumentation

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

- Design and develop Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) and automated mechanical systems.
- Prepare 3D models, assemblies and detailed 2D manufacturing drawings.
- Work on SPM, Conveyor, Assembly Line, Pick & Place, Workstations, Trolleys and Material Handling Systems.
- Understand project requirements and develop suitable mechanical design solutions.
- Select appropriate mechanical components, materials and mechanisms.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and assembly teams for project execution.
- Provide design support during manufacturing, assembly, testing and commissioning.
- Identify design issues and provide effective technical solutions.
- Ensure designs meet required quality, safety, cost and project timelines.

Required Skills

- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience* in Mechanical / Machine Design.




- Robust hands-on experience in PTC Creo Parametric.
- Good knowledge of 3D Modelling, Assembly and Detailing in Creo.
- Experience in SPM / Automation Machine Design.
- Good understanding of mechanical components, machine mechanisms and engineering drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience Experience in SPM, Industrial Automation, Robotics, Conveyor Systems, Pick & Place Systems, Assembly Lines or Material Handling Equipment will be preferred.
