Experience: 8–15 years in machine design and development, preferably beverage, packaging, filling, rinsing, or rotary machinery

Job Purpose

Lead the complete development of bottle rinsing and beverage machinery from concept to commissioning, ensuring that the machine meets defined requirements for performance, reliability, quality, hygiene, safety, maintainability, and manufacturability.

The role will be responsible for building the technical capability required to develop the machine internally, reducing dependency on single suppliers, strengthening supplier capability, and establishing standardized engineering, inspection, assembly, testing, and commissioning processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead machine development from concept design to assembly.
- Develop mechanical design, machine layout, assemblies, drawings, BOM and specifications.
- Define machine performance targets, critical parameters and design standards.
- Coordinate with Process, Electrical, Automation, Production, Quality and Procurement teams.
- Develop and qualify reliable suppliers; reduce dependency on single-source vendors.
- Establish incoming inspection, critical component inspection and material traceability.
- Develop required tools, fixtures and assembly methods.
- Lead prototype testing, FAT,



and performance validation.
- Conduct troubleshooting for design, manufacturing and machine-performance issues.
- Control engineering changes, drawings, BOM and revision management.
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of machine design.
