Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Gandhipuram, Coimbatore

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Weekly Holiday: Sunday.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Contact potential customers through calls, Direct - visits
- Meet customers and understand their requirements.
- Generate leads and maintain a proper lead database.
- Follow up regularly with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare daily sales and customer follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the production and operations teams for customer requirements.
- Monitor competitor activities and market opportunities.
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant information with management.
- Ensure timely payment follow-up when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer meetings, enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.

- Sales negotiation and convincing skills.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, if required.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma / 12th Pass

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Printing, Packaging, or related industries will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
