- - Position Summary
- The Court Document Sr. Manager is responsible for overseeing court document reporting, exception management, client delivery validation, and legal data mapping activities. This role serves as the primary liaison between law firms, clients, and internal teams to ensure accurate court document reporting, data integrity, and compliance with state-specific legal requirements.
- The position requires solid analytical, research, and relationship management skills, including the ability to review legal documents, research court dockets, and resolve reporting discrepancies.
- - Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- -Strong understanding of and ability to communicate effectively with individuals with a U.S. accent.




- -Strong knowledge of court systems, legal filings, judgments, satisfactions, and related court documentation.
- -Ability to interpret state-specific legal procedures and filing requirements.
- -Extensive experience conducting court docket research and document retrieval through online court resources.
- -Experience working with law firms, legal service providers, clients, or legal operations teams.
- -Experience managing court document reporting, legal data mapping, or similar legal data processes.
- -Familiarity with public record systems, court websites, docket research tools, and document retrieval platforms.
- -Experience in process improvement, quality management, reporting, and operational controls.
- -Prior experience managing teams and leading complex legal operations or document management functions.
- -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
