Job Summary:

Stitched Broking is looking for an experienced and highly responsible “Senior Manager - Trading & Investment” to manage and oversee the company's internal trading and investment-related activities.

This is a senior position, the person will be responsible for managing day-to-day trading coordination, communicating with multiple brokers, counterparties, and investors on behalf of the Director/Management, and ensuring that all trading and investment-related activities are executed accurately and efficiently.

The role requires a high level of ownership, confidentiality, analytical ability, communication skills, attention to detail, and qualified judgment. The selected candidate will also oversee and coordinate the work of a team of junior members while independently handling senior-level responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage and coordinate internal trading and investment activities.
- Coordinate with multiple brokers and counterparties on behalf of the Director.
- Communicate and coordinate with investors and external stakeholders as required.




- Develop and maintain relationships with QIB investors and identify potential new investors for IPO opportunities.
- Prepare accurate, high-quality MIS and management reports as per requirements.
- Analyses trading and investment data and provide relevant insights to management.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of junior team members.
- Maintain accurate records of trades, investments, settlements, and related documentation.
- Ensure timely execution, follow-ups, reporting, and resolution of critical matters.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company funds, investment strategies, financial data, and management decisions.
- Support the Director and senior management with accurate data, analysis, and information required for internal decision-making.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in stock broking, trading, dealing, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with trading terminals and broking platforms.
- Good understanding of Equity, Intraday, and other market products.
- Hands-on experience of advance excels for the report’s preparations.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
