Position - Technology & Implementation – Dhwani Alumni Platform (Full time)

Location Based in Bengaluru

Purpose of the job

Dhwani Foundation is looking for a Technology & Implementation professional to support the development and implementation of a platform to manage and engage Dhwani’s alumni, while also supporting related requirements from CSR/donor stakeholders. The role will involve working closely with Dhwani teams, alumni, NGOs, CSR/donor stakeholders and technology partners. It is primarily a business requirements, stakeholder coordination and technology implementation role.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and document requirements from multiple stakeholders.

Understand and map business processes and translate them into clear technology requirements.

Evaluate suitable existing SaaS platforms, open-source systems and other technology solutions that could meet the organisation's requirements.

Assess shortlisted platforms based on functionality, suitability, scalability, cost and implementation considerations.

Coordinate with NGOs, alumni,



CSR/donor stakeholders, internal teams and technology vendors/partners.

Support platform selection, configuration, implementation and enhancements.

Coordinate UAT, testing, issue tracking and resolution.

Prepare user documentation and support user training and adoption.

Track project activities, dependencies, risks and timelines, and provide regular status updates.

Support ongoing improvements to the platform based on user feedback and evolving organisational requirements.

Skills & Knowledge

8 years of experience in business analysis, technology implementation, project coordination, product operations or technology consulting.

Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, UAT and user training.

Experience evaluating or implementing SaaS platforms, open-source systems or other technology solutions.

Experience working with technology vendors/implementation partners.

Robust communication, documentation and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders and drive activities to completion.

Experience working with NGOs, the social sector, CSR or donor ecosystems is an added advantage.
