Role Overview

We’re looking for someone who understands Quick Commerce inside out.

This isn’t an operations role. It is a business ownership role.

You will be responsible for driving revenue, visibility, assortment, profitability, and growth across all Quick Commerce and marketplace platforms. You’ll work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and leadership to scale one of India’s fastest-growing premium food brands.

What You’ll Own

Platform Growth

Own P&L; for Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, and future marketplaces.

Drive monthly revenue growth.

Improve conversion and repeat purchases.

Identify opportunities to increase GMV.

Marketplace Optimization

Optimize product listings.

Improve search rankings.

Increase discoverability.

Manage keywords and product content.

Improve image quality and merchandising.

Optimize assortment by city and warehouse.

Advertising & Promotions

Plan and execute platform advertising.

Optimize ROAS.

Manage promotional calendars.

Drive seasonal campaigns and product launches.

Commercial Management

Coordinate with category managers across platforms.

Negotiate visibility opportunities.

Manage pricing strategies.





Execute promotional partnerships.

Inventory & Supply Chain

Ensure high fill rates.

Reduce stock-outs.

Improve forecasting.

Coordinate replenishment with operations.

- Track shipments from production till last mile delivery
- Appointment taking for delivery and fulfilment of POs

Analytics & Reporting

Track GMV, orders, ROAS, AOV, conversion, search ranking, fill rate, and contribution margin.

Build weekly and monthly business reviews.

Recommend growth experiments based on data.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Work with marketing for campaign execution.

Work with operations for inventory planning.

Work with finance for reconciliations.

Work with leadership on growth strategy.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

3–8 years in Quick Commerce, Marketplace, or E-commerce.

Experience managing Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, or similar platforms.

Food, FMCG, grocery, D2C, or consumer brand experience preferred.

Experience scaling online sales is a strong advantage.
