- Lead end-to-end execution of Power Distribution & RDSS projects from mobilization to commissioning and handover.

- Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, resources and project milestones.

- Coordinate with DISCOMs, clients, consultants and government authorities for approvals, inspections and project execution.

- Manage contractors/subcontractors and ensure timely, quality execution as per specifications and contractual requirements.

- Monitor BOQ, measurements, RA bills, project costs, variations and commercial aspects.

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and statutory requirements at project sites.

- Monitor project progress, identify delays/risks and implement corrective actions.

- Lead project teams and manage multiple sites effectively.

- Prepare project MIS, progress reports and management updates.

Preferred: Experience in RDSS, HT/LT distribution, underground cabling, substations, RMU, feeder segregation and DISCOM projects. Knowledge of MS Project/Primavera and robust client/contractor management skills will be an advantage
