Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage and oversee facility management operations across multiple client locations. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in Housekeeping and Soft Services, along with proven expertise in client management, manpower handling, and operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day facility management operations across multiple client sites.
- Handle Housekeeping and Soft Services operations and ensure service quality.
- Manage multiple clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Plan and manage manpower deployment as per client requirements.
- Supervise site teams, supervisors,



and frontline housekeeping staff.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, client requirements, and company policies.
- Handle client complaints, escalations, and operational issues effectively.
- Monitor attendance, grooming, discipline, productivity, and manpower performance.
- Coordinate recruitment, training, onboarding, and deployment of staff.
- Monitor consumables, equipment, and operational resources.
- Prepare and review MIS, performance reports, and operational updates.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and improvement measures.
- Coordinate with internal teams and senior management to ensure smooth service delivery.

Candidate Profile
- Relevant experience in the Facility Management industry.
- Strong hands-on experience in Housekeeping and Soft Services.
- Experience managing multiple clients and multiple sites.
- Proven experience in manpower management and team supervision.
- Strong client-handling and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping operations, SOPs, and service quality standards.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
