- Plan and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

- Manage the complete production operations and workflow.

- Ensure production is completed as per quality and delivery requirements.

- Monitor manpower, machine utilization, and production efficiency.

- Reduce production downtime, rejection, wastage, and manufacturing costs.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, PPC, and HR teams.

- Ensure proper availability of raw materials and resources for production.

- Monitor production KPIs and prepare performance reports.

- Implement continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.

- Identify production issues and take corrective and preventive actions.





- Develop and train production supervisors and operators.

- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices on the shop floor.

- Review daily production performance and take necessary corrective actions.

- Support recent product development, process improvements, and trials.

- Ensure timely completion of customer orders as per production plan.
