Role Summary

Lead the delivery of enterprise technology solutions and operational transformation initiatives. Partner with business and technology leaders to drive strategic priorities, oversee end-to-end delivery execution, and ensure successful implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure technology solutions. Provide leadership across SDLC governance, release management, risk mitigation, vendor management, and continuous improvement while building and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop technology teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, software releases, and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to define priorities, execution plans, and delivery roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
- Lead SDLC, Agile delivery, release governance, and risk management practices.
- Monitor delivery performance, operastional metrics, and service quality to ensure successful outcomes.
- Drive automation, process optimization, and operational transformation initiatives.
- Manage technology vendors and third-party partners to ensure quality and cost-effective delivery.




- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and technology risk management requirements.
- Manage resource planning, budgeting, and technology investment decisions.
- Present program status, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT delivery, project management, or technology leadership roles, with expertise in software implementation and team management.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technology delivery, engineering, and operations teams in complex enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, release governance, delivery management, and risk mitigation.
- Strong background in technology operations, process transformation, automation, and scalable solution delivery.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience with a track record of building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnership skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Strategic technology leadership experience across product delivery, engineering, infrastructure, and operations functions.
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, delivery governance frameworks,



and operational performance metrics.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS preferred), modernization initiatives, and emerging technologies.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI, data engineering, analytics platforms, or intelligent automation solutions is an advantage.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles, information security controls, and technology risk management practices.
- Excellent communication, executive presence, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Location This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana at Vanguard India. Only qualified external applicants will be considered.
