We have an Urgent Opening for the Position of Senior Manager- Financial Reporting (IGAAP) in Leading Life Insurance Company.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IGAAP.
- Ensure timely submission of Audit Committee and Board deliverables, including policy reviews and closure of action taken reports (ATRs).
- Ensure full compliance with Accounting Standards, Companies Act 2013, SEBI LODR, and IRDAI regulations.
- Lead closure of statutory and internal audits, coordinating with auditors and internal teams.
- Monitor internal controls and financial policies to ensure robust governance and risk mitigation.
- Provide financial insights and support to senior management and department heads.
- Plan and oversee strategic finance projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Collaborate with IT teams to test system requirements, evaluate recent functionalities, and manage change requests (CRs) for defect resolution and delivery
