Role Description The Senior Manager Finance Account is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for overseeing key client finance accounts, managing end-to-end financial operations related to those accounts, and ensuring accurate reporting, forecasting, and compliance. Day-to-day activities include monitoring account performance, preparing and reviewing financial statements and MIS reports, coordinating billing and revenue recognition, and managing collections and cash flow related to assigned clients.

Manager will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and operations teams to support pricing, contracts, and financial planning, while providing insights to leadership on profitability, risk, and growth opportunities. This role also involves leading and mentoring a small team, improving financial processes, and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise clients.

Qualifications

- Strong finance and accounting skills, including financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and familiarity with accounting standards.
- Proficiency in account management and client relationship management, with experience handling enterprise or key accounts.
- Ability to deliver high-quality customer service, resolve issues promptly, and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exposure to sales processes, pricing models, and contract review, with the ability to support revenue growth and commercial decision-making.
- Demonstrated team management and leadership capabilities, including mentoring, workload planning, and performance oversight.
- Advanced skills in Excel and financial reporting tools; experience with ERP or accounting software is an advantage.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a detail-oriented and organized working style.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are preferred.
