As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Senior Manager - FP&A; & Business Finance to partner with our Finance leadership team and drive strategic planning, business insights, and finance transformation initiatives.

About the Role

This is a high-impact individual contributor role reporting directly to the SVP Finance. The position will own two critical areas within our finance function:

- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
- Finance Systems & Process Automation

You will play a key role in driving financial insights, improving decision-making, automating manual finance processes, and supporting investor and board reporting.

What You'll Do

FP&A; & Business Finance

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple entities and geographies.
- Build and own business-level MIS and performance reporting from ERP data.
- Partner with business leaders to translate operational metrics into financial outcomes.
- Establish and manage a robust FP&A; calendar and governance process.

Finance Transformation & Automation

- Drive automation of complex billing and revenue processes.
- Support ERP and finance system implementations and enhancements.
- Identify and streamline manual, error-prone finance workflows.





Investor & Board Reporting

- Prepare investor and board reporting packs with high attention to accuracy and timelines.
- Drive reporting processes and improve visibility into business performance.

Strategic Business Partnering

- Collaborate with finance, commercial, and leadership teams on strategic initiatives.
- Support business cases, financial models, and decision-making frameworks.
- Present key financial and operational insights to leadership.

What We're Looking For

- CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
- 5-6 years of experience in FP&A;, Business Finance, Controllership, or Finance Transformation.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, technology, or high-growth startup environments preferred.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Odoo, Zoho Books, or similar.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Advanced Excel skills; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to independently drive finance transformation initiatives and stakeholder alignment.
