Position Overview

IPE Global Group is seeking an experienced Associate Director / Senior Manager – Digital Transformation & IT to lead enterprise-wide technology transformation, systems integration, data governance, and IT operations.

The role will be responsible for aligning technology investments with business priorities, improving operational efficiency through automation, strengthening institutional knowledge systems, and ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable technology services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Transformation & Business Integration

- Develop and execute the organization's digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline business processes across functions and geographies.
- Drive technology-enabled process improvements to reduce manual effort, duplication, and operational inefficiencies.
- Lead enterprise-wide digital initiatives and ensure successful user adoption and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize technology investments.

Enterprise Applications & Systems Integration

- Lead ERP implementation, optimization, enhancement, and integration initiatives.
- Ensure seamless integration of ERP, HRMS, financial systems, collaboration platforms, and other business applications.
- Establish standardized business processes and technology platforms across locations and business units.

Data, Reporting & Knowledge Management

- Establish data governance standards and ensure data quality, consistency, and ownership across systems.
- Enable standardized MIS, reporting, and analytics frameworks.
- Lead the development and governance of enterprise knowledge management platforms.




- Manage SharePoint Online document management systems to create structured repositories for institutional knowledge.

IT Operations & Governance

- Oversee IT infrastructure, service delivery, cloud platforms, business continuity, and vendor management.
- Strengthen data protection measures, and IT governance frameworks. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and DPDP Act.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team.
- Drive organizational change management and technology adoption initiatives.
- Manage technology budgets and optimize IT investments.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- MBA (Information Systems, Technology Management, Digital Transformation) or MCA preferred.
- 10–15 years of experience in IT, Enterprise Applications, Digital Transformation.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing enterprise-wide technology initiatives / implementation.
- Demonstrated experience in ERP implementation, enterprise integration, business process automation, and digital transformation projects.
- Technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint and Power Platform, NetSuite, SAP Business One, Oracle ERP, or equivalent
- Experience of API Integration and Middleware Platforms
- Cloud & Digital Workplace expertise specially in Microsoft Azure / AWS/GCP
- Exposure in Data Protection and Privacy Compliance
- Experience of IT Governance, Risk Management, and Regulatory Compliance

Preferred Certifications

- PMP or PRINCE2
- ITIL 4
- Azure / AWS / GCP Certifications
- ISO 27001 : 2022 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor
