- Draft, review, and update credit & operational policies for HL and LAP products.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory guidelines and internal risk frameworks.
- Monitor portfolio trends and recommend policy changes to manage risk.
- Partner with credit, sales, legal, technical, risk, and operations teams for policy implementation.
- Support recent product program launches, policy exceptions, and process enhancements.
- Maintain updated policy documentation and version control.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions for field teams.
- Benchmark market practices and competitor policy frameworks.
- Ensure timely policy circulation, communication, and adherence tracking
