We're hiring: Sr. Manager / AVP - B2B Sales | West Zone (Pune)

1BUY.AI is building AI-powered tools for electronic-component procurement. We're looking for a hands-on sales professional to grow current business across the West Zone, working with OEM and EMS customers.

In this role, you'll:

- Own the sales cycle for 1Data SaaS subscriptions, from prospecting and demos through negotiation and close.
- Turn customer relationships into sourcing opportunities and purchase orders through 1Source.
- Identify excess and obsolete inventory opportunities through 1Xcess.
- Build a strong pipeline, work closely with our founders and product teams, and represent 1BUY.AI at industry events.

What we're looking for

- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, data/analytics, or electronic components.
- A B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering; an MBA from a premier B-school is strongly preferred.
- Confidence working with procurement, engineering, and senior business stakeholders, plus an interest in using AI tools for sales.

The role offers territory ownership, close work with the founders, stock options, and a learning and development budget.
