We have an urgent opening for the position of Senior Manager in Banca Vertical in one of the leading Life Insurance Company .
Job Responsibilities
- Manage existing/ live integration between Life Insurance Comapny partner Banks. These integrations are both (A) Basic lead push journey (B) Advanced end to end digital journey starting with partner Bank and culminating in policy issuance in Life insurance company system.
- Maintenance upgrades of existing/ live integrations ie new product launch, changes in existing product features processes, new processes, system improvements.
- Actively engage with partner bank IT Team to kick start discussions, identify requirement, launch integration journeys where such integrations don't exist.
- Closely work with cross-functional internal stakeholders (IT/ DPPM Sales Tech/ Operations/ TCS/ Infosec/ KAM etc) for finalization signoff approval of BRS, Project monitoring (execution as per agreed timelines), Pre-launch UAT to post launch activities.
- Closely work with partner Bank IT team, IT vendor employed by partner bank for IT integrations to fix bugs, process changes introduced by partner banks, recent journey launches
- Engagement with Business team about new launch planning, training of end users, handling escalations related to system bugs/ integration failures etc
