Role: Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Experience Level: 3+ Years

Work location: Chennai

Role & Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI applications using LLMs.

● Build autonomous and multi-agent workflows

● Develop Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases.

● Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications and APIs.

● Build prompt orchestration, tool calling, memory, and reasoning workflows.

● Implement responsible AI, security, and governance controls.

● Develop REST APIs and microservices supporting AI applications.

● Optimize performance, scalability, and cost of AI solutions.

● Monitor AI agents, APIs, LLM services, and RAG pipelines.

● Analyze incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA).





● Troubleshoot prompt failures, hallucinations, grounding issues, and workflow failures.

● Monitor token consumption, latency, throughput, and operational costs.

● Experience with LLM observability, evaluation, and production monitoring

● Manage production deployments and setting configurations

Must have Skills:

● Python (Mandatory)

● SQL,REST API development

● FastAPI

● Agentic AI ,LLM Platforms, RAG & Knowledge Management, Cloud & DevOps, MCP

(Model Context Protocol), PromptFlow, MLflow, AI Evaluation Frameworks
