n# About the Role

nWe are looking for experienced Senior Lift Technicians with strong hands-on expertise in Elevator Erection, Installation & Commissioning (E&C;).
n
nThe ideal candidate should have proven experience working with an MNC elevator/lift company and be capable of independently handling elevator erection, commissioning, troubleshooting and site-related technical activities while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
n
n# Key Requirements
n
n- 5–6 years of relevant experience in the elevator/lift industry is mandatory.
n- Previous experience with an MNC elevator company is mandatory.
n- Solid hands-on experience in Elevator Erection & Commissioning (E&C;).
n- Proven ability to independently execute elevator installation and commissioning activities at project sites.
n- Solid knowledge of elevator mechanical and electrical systems.
n- Experience in elevator alignment, wiring, testing, adjustment and commissioning.
n- Good understanding of lift controllers, electrical components, safety circuits and related systems.
n- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
n- Ability to identify technical issues and implement effective corrective actions.
n- Good knowledge of elevator safety standards, installation procedures and quality requirements.
n- Ability to read and understand electrical/mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams.
n- Good communication and coordination skills.
n- Willingness to travel to customer and project sites as required.

n# Key Responsibilities
n
n### Erection & Commissioning
n- Execute elevator erection and installation activities as per approved drawings, specifications and company standards.
n- Carry out mechanical and electrical installation, alignment, wiring and related site activities.
n- Perform testing, adjustment and commissioning of elevators.
n- Ensure elevators are commissioned within the planned project timelines.
n- Identify and resolve technical issues during erection and commissioning.
n- Conduct functional and safety checks before handing over the elevator.
n
n### Maintenance & Troubleshooting
n- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of elevator systems.
n- Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
n- Attend breakdowns and customer service requirements promptly.
n- Ensure elevators operate safely, reliably and efficiently.
n
n### Site & Customer Coordination
n- Coordinate with Project, Service and other technical teams for smooth execution.
n- Liaise with customers and site teams during installation, testing and commissioning.
n- Maintain proper documentation and site reports.
n- Ensure compliance with company quality, safety and installation procedures.
n- Follow all applicable elevator safety requirements and site safety protocols.

n## Preferred Candidate Profile
