- Ensure adherence to Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA)
- Oversee compliance with:

- Stamp duty and registration laws
1. Contract Management
- Draft, vet, and negotiate:
- Joint Development Agreements (JDA)

- Liaise with external legal counsel and represent the company when required
