Senior/Lead Product Designer – B2B SaaS & AI

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior/Lead Product Designer with strong expertise in B2B SaaS, enterprise products, and AI-based solutions. The candidate should be capable of leading end-to-end product design and managing a design team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end UX/Product Design from research and discovery to delivery.
- Design complex B2B SaaS and enterprise products with simple, intuitive user experiences.
- Design AI-powered features such as GenAI, copilots, recommendation systems, and agentic workflows.
- Conduct UX research, create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to drive product outcomes.




- Mentor and manage designers while maintaining strong design standards.
- Present design concepts and clearly communicate design rationale to stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

- 8–13 years of experience in UX/Product Design.
- Mandatory B2B SaaS product design experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI-based products/projects.
- Solid experience designing complex B2B/enterprise products.
- Strong people management experience.
- Excellent understanding of UX, interaction, and visual design principles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong portfolio, preferably showcasing at least 2 recent B2B SaaS projects.
- Experience in a startup/fast-paced product environment is preferred.
