nAll roles below support U.S.-based tax engagements for Elevate partner firms and work closely with onshore tax teams.
nRole – Tax Senior Associate
nExperience Level: Mid-Level (3–6 years)
nWork Schedule: 3:00 PM IST – 12:00 AM IST (4:30 AM EST – 1:00 PM EST).
nLocation: Ahmedabad/Delhi, India (Office / Hybrid).
nKey Responsibilities

Prepare federal and state tax returns, extensions, and quarterly tax projections for a variety of clients, including C-Corporations, S-Corporations, and Partnershipsn
Review tax information and coordinate with clients and internal staff while building strong skilled relationshipsn




Assist in coordinating the day activities related to tax planning, preparation, and delivery of final work productsn
Perform tax research, analyze findings, and resolve complex tax issuesn
Identify, communicate, and escalate tax matters to Managers and Partners as appropriaten

Solid documentation skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and proactively resolve problemsn
Ability to identify and communicate client and engagement issues, as well as status updates, in a timely and organized mannern
