Programmers.ai is looking for an experienced LANSA Developer with strong hands-on experience in RDMLX/RDML to develop, enhance, and support a business-critical ERP application.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and support applications using LANSA Version 16, RDMLX, and RDML.
- Handle end-to-end development, including issue analysis, solution design, coding, and unit testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production/application issues independently.
- Work with databases, stored procedures, and table triggers.
- Support ERP processes including process manufacturing, receiving, order processing, sales, and invoicing.
- Collaborate with distributed teams during US/CET business hours.

Required Skills:

- Solid hands-on experience in LANSA and RDMLX development.
- Experience supporting RDML applications and enterprise ERP systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.




- Experience with databases, stored procedures, and triggers.
- Ability to manage requirements from functional specifications through development and unit testing.
- Must be able to work in US and/or Europe business hours

Preferred:

- Experience with LANSA Version 16 and process manufacturing ERP.
- Understanding of IBM i/RPG environments and LANSA-generated RPG code.

Ideal Candidate:

A hands-on RDMLX developer who can independently manage both application support issues and new development in a business-critical LANSA ERP environment.
