- Strong Banking domain experience is mandatory – required to understand financial workflows, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or Deferred Compensation systems is a plus
- 6 to 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience in Java 17, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch for backend development
- Expertise in Angular 17, Bootstrap, SCSS, CSS, and HTML5 for modern UI development.
- Proficient in building scalable applications, REST APIs, and responsive frontends.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native development.
- Follow coding standards, design patterns, and best practices to ensure maintainable and high-quality code.
- Perform peer code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards.
- Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
