Senior Java backend developer

Roles and responsibilities
- Build and scale high-throughput, concurrent backend systems handling large transaction volumes.
- Strong experience with Java, multithreading, concurrency and parallel processing.
- Experience building banking/financial or transaction-heavy systems with strong consistency and reliability requirements.
- Hands-on with Kafka, message queues, event-driven architecture and asynchronous processing.
- Design worker pools, background jobs and systems capable of processing workloads in parallel.
- Robust understanding of distributed systems, retries, idempotency, fault tolerance and failure handling.
- Experience with PostgreSQL/MongoDB, transactions, indexing and query optimization.
- Ability to identify and solve performance, latency, throughput and scalability bottlenecks.
- Exposure to Redis, caching, observability and cloud-native infrastructure is a plus.
- 7 years of hand-on experience is preferred, if experienced into robotics / embedded programming that's a huge plus
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
