Job Overview :

Role : Senior IT Infrastructure &

- Integration Project Lead

Experience Required : 6 - 11 Years

Notice Period : Maximum 60 Days (or shorter)

Key Focus : Global Infrastructure Cutovers, Network/Data Center Integrations, Execution Leadership, AI-driven Process Automation

Key Responsibilities :

1.

Execution Leadership :

- Direct integration delivery across global teams, executing deployment timelines for large-scale IT infrastructure, network, voice, and data center cutovers.

2. Cutover &

- Implementation Support :
- Lead US-evening cutover and implementation tasks independently, including trusted/untrusted data center migrations, B2B tunnels, firewall projects, and regional hub migrations.

3. Off-Shift Strategy &

- Efficiency :
- Identify and execute opportunities to offload non-business-hour cutover and operational tasks from US-based Integration Leads.

4. AI &

- Workflow Automation :
- Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, LangChain, Copilot Studio) and prompt engineering techniques to automate repetitive workflows, optimize documentation, and boost project productivity.

Project

Documentation &

- Repository Management :
- Build and maintain Key Contacts and Communications repositories,



update cutsheets/implementation plans in real-time, and track progress using Rally Kanban boards and IRAAD logs.

6.

Stakeholder Management :

- Maintain robust relationships with internal cross-functional teams, technical executives, global project members, and third-party vendors.

Required Qualifications &

- Skillset :

1.

Experience :

- 6 - 11 years of professional IT experience, blending IT Infrastructure Project Management with Integration strategy.

2.

Core Technical Knowledge :

- Strong background in Network, Systems, Data Center migrations, Firewalls, Voice migrations, and Microsoft email solutions.

3. Integration &

- Methodologies :
- Proven experience managing full lifecycle IT deployments, SDLC, requirements gathering, risk mitigation (IRAADs), and cutover plan creation within large-scale (Fortune 100 or Healthcare) environments.

4. AI &

- Innovation :
- Hands-on familiarity or conceptual clarity with generative AI APIs/frameworks and prompt engineering to streamline administrative and technical project tasks.

5.

Soft Skills :

- Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work effectively across global time zones.
