About the RolenWe are looking for a highly skilled and responsible Interior Designer who can independently handle retail interior projects from concept to production and execution.

nThis is not a role limited to creating beautiful 3D designs.

nWe need someone who understands how a design is actually manufactured, detailed, costed and executed.

nThe ideal candidate will work closely with our Design, Production, Purchase and Installation teams and ensure that every project moves smoothly from client requirement → design → production drawings → manufacturing → installation.

? Key Responsibilitiesn1. Design & Concept Development

n

n
- Understand client requirements, brand guidelines and site conditions.
n
- Develop creative and commercially practical retail interior concepts.
n
- Prepare space planning, layouts, furniture/fixture designs and detailed interior concepts.
n
- Create high-quality 3D views/renderings for client presentations.
n
- Develop designs for retail stores, showrooms and commercial spaces.
n

n2. Production / Working Drawings

n

n
- Prepare detailed production-ready drawings for manufacturing.
n
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections and detailed construction drawings.
n
- Provide accurate dimensions, material specifications and finishing details.
n
- Prepare detailed drawings for furniture, display units, counters, wall units, storage, lighting integration, etc.
n
- Ensure drawings are clear enough for the factory team to manufacture without ambiguity.
n

n3. Design-to-Production Coordination

n

- Coordinate directly with the Production Department.
n
- Explain drawings and design details to production teams.
n
- Resolve technical/design issues during manufacturing.
n
- Modify drawings wherever required based on production feasibility.
n
- Ensure the final manufactured product matches the approved design.
n

n4. Site Coordination

n

n
- Coordinate with site installation teams when required.
n
- Review site measurements and site conditions.
n
- Resolve design-related issues during installation.
n
- Coordinate design changes between client, site team and factory.
n

n5. Material & Technical Knowledge

nThe candidate should have valuable knowledge of:

n

- MDF / plywood / woodwork
n
- Laminates and finishes
n
- Glass
n
- Hardware
n
- Lighting and electrical integration
n
- Acrylic / metal / other retail display materials
n
- Furniture construction and joinery
n
- Manufacturing methods and installation techniques
n

? Software SkillsnStrong working knowledge of:

- AutoCAD – Mandatory
n
- SketchUp / 3D modelling – Mandatory
n
- V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion / similar rendering software
n
- Photoshop / Illustrator – Advantage
n
- MS Excel – Basic/Intermediate

⭐ ImportantnWe are NOT looking for only a 3D designer.

nIf you are someone who can only make attractive renders but cannot prepare detailed production drawings, understand manufacturing or coordinate with the factory, this role may not be suitable.

nWe are looking for a designer who understands:

nDESIGN → DETAILING → DRAWING → MANUFACTURING → INSTALLATION

nand can take responsibility for the complete cycle.
