Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead the design and delivery of high-end residential and bespoke interior projects, ensuring spaces are functional, aesthetic, and aligned with client needs. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves managing concept development, space planning, material selection, and FF&E; specifications, while coordinating closely with architects, engineers, and contractors.

The Senior Interior

Designer will prepare and review construction drawings and documentation, oversee site execution, and maintain design integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include client presentations,



design revisions, supervision of junior team members, and close collaboration with project managers to meet timelines and quality standards. The role also requires regular site visits, vendor coordination, and adherence to BricoBrick’s standards of precision, craftsmanship, and explicit communication.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Interior Design and Architecture, with experience in high-end residential or bespoke projects.
- Advanced skills in Space Planning to create functional, efficient, and aesthetically cohesive layouts.
- Ability to develop and interpret Construction Drawings, including detailed working drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience specifying and coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) aligned with project budgets and design concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and presentation tools.
- Demonstrated project leadership, including team coordination, vendor management, and on-site supervision.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present concepts and manage feedback professionally.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a portfolio showcasing relevant interior design work.
