Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead the end-to-end design process, from concept development and space planning to construction documentation and final installation.

Responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand their needs, creating design presentations and mood boards, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating FF&E; selections and specifications. The role involves collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed accurately, on time, and within budget.

The Senior Interior

Designer will mentor junior team members, uphold studio standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications





- Strong expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning, with proven experience leading residential and/or commercial projects.
- Solid understanding of Architecture and its integration with interiors, including coordination with structural and MEP disciplines.
- Proficiency in producing detailed Construction Drawings and documentation suitable for execution on-site.
- Experience in FF&E; selection, specification, and sourcing, with an eye for materials, finishes, and product quality.
- Advanced skills in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D max, Enscape, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, and several years of relevant professional experience in a design studio or firm.
- Strong project management, time management, and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent visual communication and client-facing skills, including the ability to present and justify design concepts clearly.
- Attention to detail, familiarity with local building codes and construction practices, and a commitment to high-quality, design-led outcomes.
