Role Description The Senior Information Technology Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end IT hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical and technology-related roles.

The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job profiles, and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Day-to-day activities include managing multiple requisitions, using various channels and tools for candidate sourcing, maintaining an organized talent pipeline, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.



The role also involves contributing to employer branding initiatives, optimizing recruitment processes, and providing data-driven insights on hiring trends and market conditions.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Strong background in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting, with experience hiring for diverse technology roles.
- Proven skills in Recruiting and Hiring, including stakeholder management and collaboration with hiring managers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
- Experience using ATS platforms, professional networks, and social media for talent sourcing.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet hiring timelines in a quick-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as a senior or lead recruiter in the technology or digital transformation domain is highly beneficial.
