Role Description The Senior Human Resources Manager will lead HR strategy and operations for ASG Eye Hospital’s on-site teams in Jaipur, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission, culture, and growth objectives. This full-time role includes overseeing end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning for clinical and non-clinical staff.

The manager will design and implement performance management frameworks, compensation and benefits policies, and employee engagement initiatives that support retention and development. Daily responsibilities include managing HR policies and compliance, handling employee relations and grievance resolution,



and partnering with senior leadership on organizational development and change management. The role also involves building leadership development programs, supporting training and upskilling initiatives, maintaining HR data and analytics, and ensuring a consistent, inclusive employee experience across the hospital network.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in core HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Experience in HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development within healthcare, hospitals, or similarly complex, multi-site environments.
- Strong skills in HR policy design, compliance with labor laws and regulations, and risk management related to people practices.
- Proficiency in HR analytics, HRIS tools, and data-driven decision-making to improve HR processes and outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing HR teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive change in a fast-growing organization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills, with a focus on fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace.
- Experience designing and implementing learning, training, and leadership development programs to support continuous upskilling.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or local equivalents) are an advantage.
