Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Draftsman/ AM - Design to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed, accurate, and compliant HVAC shop drawings, ducting layouts, and piping designs for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. With over 6 years of expertise, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between engineering designs and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Drafting & Design: Prepare detailed HVAC layout drawings, including ductwork, chilled water piping, ventilation systems, plant rooms, and sections.

- As-Built Drawings: Develop precise As-Built drawings post-construction based on site inputs.

- Standards Compliance: Ensure all drawings comply with international and local standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NBC, and local building codes).

- Load Estimation Support: Assist design engineers in verifying equipment schedules, bill of quantities (BOQ),



and material take-offs.

- Site Coordination: Visit sites occasionally to verify dimensions and clarify drawing details for the execution team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / in Mechanical Drafting.

- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of HVAC systems, duct sizing, static pressure routing, and piping schematic diagrams.

- Problem Solving: Proven ability to identify design clashes and suggest practical engineering solutions.

- Soft Skills: Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with project managers, clients, and site engineers.

- Experience Required: Have at least 6*-9 *year experience in designing/drafting.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
