Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Night Shift)

Work Schedule: Night Shift (US / International Client Alignment)

Experience Level: 3 to 6 Years

Key Responsibilities

1. Full Lifecycle Talent Sourcing & Execution

- Execute end-to-end talent acquisition workflows across complex technical and non-technical talent profiles during night-shift hours.
- Build and maintain energetic candidate pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and AI-driven sourcing channels.
- Conduct thorough initial interviews, behavioral assessments, and technical screening to evaluate candidate suitability, culture fit, and compensation expectations.

2. Candidate & Stakeholder Management

- Manage candidate engagement from initial contact through offer negotiation, background verification (BGV), and onboarding.
- Partner closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to understand job specifications, client SLAs, and critical hiring timelines.
- Deliver an exemplary candidate experience through clear communication, proactive feedback, and structured interview management.

3. Recruitment Analytics & SLA Governance





- Maintain real-time records within the enterprise Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and talent databases.
- Track and optimize core performance metrics: Time-to-Fill, Submission-to-Interview Ratio, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Drop-out Ratios.
- Report operational metrics and sourcing bottlenecks to leadership during daily shift handovers.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications Required Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: 3 to 6 years of core recruitment experience (US Staffing / International Night Shift recruitment experience strongly preferred).
- Work Setup: Must be willing to work 100% On-site at our Ahmedabad office during Night Shift hours.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR is an added advantage).
- Sourcing Expertise: Mastery of Boolean operators, LinkedIn Recruiter, international job portals, and talent database mining.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills required to interact effectively with candidates and global stakeholders.
- Negotiation & Assessment: Strong negotiation capability regarding compensation packages, notice period buyouts, and offer rollouts.
