Design Walls is looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen our HR function as we continue to scale.

We are particularly interested in professionals who have experience working in structured, fast-growing organizations, especially in the interiors, home improvement, furnishing, retail, construction, or related industries.

Candidates with experience in organizations such as HomeLane, Livspace, DesignCafe, Urban Company, Asian Paints, Pepperfry, or similar companies are encouraged to apply.

Position: Senior Human Resources Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Salary: ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities• Lead recruitment and manpower planning across departments

- Manage onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Establish and monitor KRAs and performance management systems
- Manage employee discipline, attendance, and leave processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and systems
- Handle employee grievances and workplace issues
- Drive employee training and development initiatives
- Coordinate payroll and employee documentation
- Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans
- Manage employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Handle exit processes and employee feedback
- Work closely with the Managing Director and department heads on people-related matters
- Build a qualified, performance-driven,



and accountable work culture

What We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong experience in employee relations and HR operations
- Experience managing recruitment for multiple functions
- Experience with performance management and KRAs
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to independently implement HR systems and processes
- Strong follow-up and execution capabilities
- Good understanding of HR policies and compliance
- Experience managing a growing organization with multiple teams
