Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct technical interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
Job Requirements :
- 3-4 years of experience in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) or domestic staffing industry.
- Solid understanding of IT hiring, IT recruitment, IT staffing, technical recruitment, and end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Proven track record of successfully filling difficult-to-fill positions through effective candidate engagement strategies.
