We are looking for a Senior HR Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment and build a robust talent pipeline for WebCRS. The role will be responsible for understanding manpower requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closures.

The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, proactive, excellent in communication, and experienced in high-volume recruitment, especially for sales and travel-industry roles in Kerala

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations and corporate roles.
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and referrals.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews.
- Maintain recruitment pipeline and ensure positions are closed within timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.

Key Skills: Recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, communication, stakeholder management and target-oriented execution. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
