FabConnect is hiring an experienced and proactive Senior HR Specialist for a full-time opportunity in Bengaluru.

? Location: World Trade Center, Bengaluru

? Experience: 3–5 Years

? Department: Human Resources

? Employment Type: Full-Time

? Key Responsibilities ✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering, sourcing and screening through offer rollout and onboarding

✅ Partner with hiring managers on manpower requirements and workforce planning

✅ Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and skilled networks

✅ Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate interview processes

✅ Handle compensation discussions, offer letters and candidate follow-ups

✅ Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports and hiring metrics

✅ Manage onboarding, induction, employee documentation and lifecycle activities

✅ Coordinate confirmations, transfers, promotions and employee exits

✅ Support employee engagement, wellness and recognition initiatives

✅ Assist with payroll inputs,



attendance validation and payroll coordination

✅ Support PMS, appraisal cycles and performance reviews

✅ Work with HRMS, ATS, HR automation and process-improvement initiatives

? What We’re Looking For ✔ 3–5 years of relevant HR experience

✔ Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and end-to-end recruitment

✔ Hands-on exposure to HR Operations and employee lifecycle management

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

✔ Experience with HRMS / ATS preferred

✔ Basic understanding of labour laws and HR compliance

✔ Strong Excel, reporting and analytical skills

✔ Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Management or related discipline
