- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle from requisition to onboarding for plant, kitchen, warehouse, and corporate support roles.

- Sourcing & Bulk Hiring: Source candidates via job portals, walk-in drives, local networks, and referrals to support high-volume staffing needs.

- Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial phone and in-person screenings to assess candidate qualifications, shift flexibility, and cultural fit.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with plant or operations managers to define staffing requirements, turnaround times (TAT), and interview panels.

- Compliance & Onboarding: Roll out job offers, oversee joining documentation, and ensure alignment with local labor laws and food industry standards.

- Metrics Tracking: Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
