J ob Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive – HR Operations & HRBP to manage end-to-end HR operations and partner closely with business teams. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in the BPO/KPO industry, excellent employee-handling skills, and the ability to work independently in a night-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR Operations for employees across business functions.
- Act as an HR Business Partner and SPOC for employees and business managers.
- Handle the complete employee lifecycle – onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, exits and full & final coordination.
- Address employee grievances, queries and workplace concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Partner with operations managers to understand workforce requirements and employee-related challenges.
- Support performance management, disciplinary processes and employee development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure timely completion of HR documentation.




- Prepare and analyze HR reports related to attrition, absenteeism, headcount and employee movements.
- Coordinate with Payroll, Recruitment, Admin and other internal teams for smooth HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and processes.
- Conduct employee connect sessions and HR meetings.
- Support HR initiatives, audits and process improvements.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in HR Operations / HRBP roles.
- Mandatory experience in BPO/KPO industry.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience in handling employee grievances and employee relations.
- Good knowledge of HR policies, processes and documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in the 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM shift.
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Chennai preferred.
