We are looking for an experienced, motivated Senior HR Executive.

We’relooking for a skilled who can search and recruit capable and motivated teammembers.Responsibilities

Gathering human resource requirement for each department consideringfuture needs●

Sourcing right candidates from colleges as well as online platforms.●

Taking interviews.●

Performing induction of new joinees.●

Managing attendance and monitoring the same via keka HRMS●

Processing payroll via Keka HRMS●

Co-ordinating with an outsourced compliance team.●

Handling employees grievances and resolving them●

Planning for employee engagement activities●

Taking Exit interviews●

Maintain employee documents Requirements and skills●





Bachelor's degree with HR related course.●

Master's degree preferable.●

Quick response to team members.●

Excellent problem-solving and management skills.●

Ability to judge right candidates.●

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.●

Good communication and interpersonal skills.●

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.●

Minimum experience of 2 years●

Practical experience of managing a team of at least 100 employees.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
