We are looking for a Sr. HR Executive – IT Recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations for our growing IT team. The primary responsibility will be sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across technical and non-technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles including Developers, Designers, QA, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and other technical positions.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Upwork, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.

- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and development teams.

- Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, feedback,



salary discussions, and offer negotiations.

- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment pipeline.

- Drive recruitment within defined timelines and ensure positions are closed efficiently.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for frequently required IT skill sets.

- Handle candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
