Senior Horticulturist

Handling Projects of softscape and hardscape in Mumbai and as per needs.

Minimum 6 to 8 years of work experience in handling projects for Landscape companies handling entire garden, vertical garden, plantation, hardscape,

maintenance etc.

Computer knowledge of working on MS OFFICE and Auto CAD landscape designing.

Experience on BOQ, making proposals for softscape &hardscape.;

Work experience of minimum 5 years handling team and leading projects .

Plant physiology & species knowledge · soil/media & nutrition science · integrated pest & disease management · acclimatisation & propagation · light/water requirement mapping · writing care protocols · plant selection for site conditions.

- KPA: Plant-care standards · gardener knowledge & capability · diagnosis of hard cases · plant-selection quality.
- KRA: The field team applies correct, science-based care everywhere; plant survival rises; fewer avoidable deaths; the right plants are chosen for each site.

Accountable for:



the correctness of Pravaa's plant-care standards & the field team's plant knowledge. Responsible for: writing care protocols, training gardeners, diagnosing escalated cases, advising plant selection.

Consulted on design (plant choice), nursery intake & replacements. Owns: "the right way to care for every plant we handle."

Other essntials

- Answer gardeners' field questions on diagnosis & care (the technical helpline).
- Review flagged sick/declining plants in the OS; prescribe treatment.
- Advance care protocols & the plant knowledge base.

Build the plant knowledge base / Academy plant module · introduce a recent species safely · solve a site-wide plant problem . Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
