- Manage end-to-end IT/Technical hiring across IT Services, Products, SI and Infrastructure.
- Handle hiring for Software, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Networking, Infrastructure and Enterprise Applications.
- Develop sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and direct sourcing.
- Partner with technical stakeholders and manage screening, negotiation, offers and joining.
- Handle niche requirements, counter-offers and notice-period challenges.
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure quality closures within TAT.
Requirements
- IT Talent Acquisition/Technical Recruitment experience.
- IT Services/System Integration hiring experience preferred.
- Robust communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Target-driven with strong ownership and problem-solving ability.
