About ZillOut
ZillOut is a venue management platform used by restaurants, bars, cafés and event spaces across India. We handle reservations, POS, loyalty, payments, events and guest feedback in one system. Our ground team is how venues actually get live and stay successful on the platform.
About the role
You will own ZillOut's on-ground presence in Pune. You'll be at venues most days: getting current partners activated, training their staff, solving problems the moment they surface, and keeping the relationship strong after go-live. You'll also guide the junior ground executive already working in the city.
What you'll do
- Visit partner venues to set up and activate them on ZillOut: layout mapping, menu verification, hardware checks, and getting staff comfortable with the system
- Train restaurant managers and floor staff so they use the platform confidently from day one
- Be the first point of contact when a venue in Pune has an issue on the ground, and escalate what needs the online team
- Introduce new features to existing venues and drive adoption
- Guide and review the work of the junior ground executive in Pune
- Keep venue records, visit notes and activation status updated accurately
- Feed back to the product and operations teams on what venues need
What we're looking for
- 3-4 years in field operations, account management or client servicing, ideally in F&B; tech, restaurant operations, food delivery, fintech or POS
- Strong knowledge of the Pune restaurant and nightlife market
- Comfortable training people in person, including staff who aren't tech-savvy
- Calm and quick when something breaks during service hours
- Willing to travel across the city daily; own two-wheeler preferred
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Graduate in any discipline
Good to have
- Worked with restaurant POS, reservation, or loyalty systems
- Experience managing or mentoring a junior team member
