Location: Bangalore (2-3 days/office) or Remote with (1 visit every month 5days/each month)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic & Presentation Designer with strong visual design expertise and extensive experience creating executive-level presentations. The ideal candidate should be able to transform complex business content and data into compelling visual stories, presentations, graphics, and infographics for senior leadership, board, investor, and client audiences.

Mandatory Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design with significant hands-on Presentation Design

experience.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma and InDesign.
- Expert-level PowerPoint skills, including:
- Slide Masters
- Custom layouts
- Animations
- Advanced formatting
- Strong expertise in illustration, iconography, infographics, layouts, typography, color, grids,

hierarchy, and whitespace.
- Proven experience creating C-level, board, investor, keynote, and business presentations.
- Strong ability to translate complex content, data, and concepts into clear and compelling visual

stories.
- Strong portfolio covering both graphic design and executive presentations.

Key Responsibilities
- Create custom graphics, illustrations, icons, infographics, diagrams, and visual assets.
- Design high-impact presentations for C-level executives, leadership, board,



investor, keynote, and

client audiences.
- Transform complex content and data into clear layouts, frameworks, charts, and visual narratives.
- Work with content owners to structure presentation storylines and ensure every slide communicates

a clear message.
- Design accurate and easy-to-understand charts, tables, and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain slide masters, templates, design guidelines, and visual asset libraries.
- Create visuals for reports, one-pagers, events, social media, and marketing collateral.
- Manage multiple design requests and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Google Slides / Keynote.
- Experience with Camtasia, Premiere Pro, or After Effects for demo videos, motion graphics, or

explainer videos.
- Experience with AI-assisted design tools.
- Experience in consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, agency, or in-house design

environments.
