About the RoleSocial On Table is looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time Work From Office basis.

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, excellent knowledge of industry-standard design tools, a strong creative mindset, and hands-on experience with AI-powered design and creative tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality and visually engaging designs for social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements and branding.
- Design social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, promotional creatives and marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts based on client and campaign requirements.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Work closely with the Social Media, Marketing and Content teams.
- Handle multiple design projects and deliver creatives within deadlines.
- Take feedback and make required design revisions efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design, social media and visual content trends.
- Use AI tools to improve creative ideation, image generation, editing and overall design workflow.
- Maintain properly organized and editable design files.

Required Skills & Tools
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of Typography, Color Theory, Composition, Layout and Branding.




- Experience creating creatives specifically for social media and digital marketing.
- Positive understanding of social media creative formats and dimensions.
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
- Ability to independently understand a brief and develop creative concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within strict deadlines.

AI & Modern Design SkillsCandidates should have practical knowledge of AI tools used in graphic design and creative production. Experience with tools such as:

- Adobe Firefly
- Midjourney
- ChatGPT
- Canva AI
- Gemini
- Other AI-powered creative/design tools

will be preferred. The candidate should be able to use AI effectively for creative ideation, concept development, image generation, image enhancement, editing and improving design workflows.
