Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for creating and refining visual concepts for marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and print materials that reflect Ankura Homes’ brand and family-focused vision. Day-to-day tasks include developing design layouts, collaborating with marketing and sales teams on creative briefs, and producing graphics for social media, advertisements, brochures, signage, and presentations.

The Senior Graphic

Designer will lead brand consistency across all touchpoints, guide junior designers, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and participate in brainstorming sessions to support new initiatives and launches. The role also involves preparing final design files for production, coordinating with external vendors when needed,



and continuously improving design quality based on feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in core graphic disciplines, including Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual work.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities across multiple channels.
- Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for both digital and print media.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or Figma).
- Proven experience in a senior or lead design role, ideally within real estate, lifestyle, or consumer-focused sectors.
- Ability to translate business and marketing goals into effective visual communication, with strong attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback and mentor junior team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Hyderabad with cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
