Position Summary: As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will own the creative lifecycle for our diverse roster of clients. You will turn data and marketing insights into innovative, high-impact digital and print visuals.

This role requires an individual who can balance high-level creative concepting with hands-on technical execution, pushing our agency’s visual standards forward.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Creative Ideation: Brainstorm and execute fresh, modern visual concepts for holistic marketing campaigns, encompassing digital, print, social media, and web assets.
- Drive Visual Identity: Establish and evolve brand guidelines, maintaining consistency while continually elevating design aesthetics for our clients.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with copywriters, account managers, and content strategists to translate strategic marketing goals into compelling layouts.
- Mentor Team Members: Provide constructive design feedback, guidance,



and creative inspiration to junior and mid-level designers.
- Client Presentation: Clearly articulate and pitch advanced design concepts and strategies to internal leadership and key agency clients.
- Ensure Deadline Precision: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept to final delivery within fast-paced timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 6 years of proven graphic design experience, ideally within a creative or marketing agency environment.
- Stellar Portfolio: A diverse presentation of work demonstrating cutting-edge thinking, a modern aesthetic, and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and contemporary digital tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Modern Design Toolkit: Strong mastery of typography, color theory, layout composition, and interactive elements.
- Trend Awareness: Up-to-date knowledge of the latest global marketing, lifestyle, and visual design trends.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and visual presentation skills to pitch and defend creative strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent field experience).

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
