Sr. Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll get the space to bring ideas to life through thoughtful, high-quality visual work across campaigns, digital experiences, and brand communication. This role is about thinking creatively, telling stories through visuals, and taking ownership of projects from idea to execution. You’ll work closely with clients, creative teams, strategists, and designers to create work that is both impactful and purposeful.

You should have experience working with BFSI brands and understand how to create communication that balances creativity, clarity, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns, digital communication, and brand initiatives.
- Create high-quality visual assets including campaign creatives, social media campaigns, banners, emailers, presentations, illustrations, and digital experiences.
- Translate client briefs and business objectives into compelling visual solutions.
- Build mood boards, references, and creative explorations during the concept development phase.
- Own projects from ideation to final execution while ensuring quality and consistency.




- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, present ideas, and incorporate feedback.
- Work closely with creative leads, UX designers, strategists, and content teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Guide junior designers through design reviews, feedback, and creative discussions.
- Ensure brand guidelines and design standards are maintained across all deliverables.
- Stay updated with evolving design trends, tools, and creative approaches. ‍

Job requirements

- 4–6 years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or visualisation roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts (BFA), Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating campaign design, digital communication, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Prior experience working with BFSI/Fintech brands is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of financial services communication and ability to design within regulatory and brand requirements.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects knowledge is a plus).
- Strong conceptual thinking with excellent visual design skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain design rationale.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining quality and timelines.
